The Belzer community is in shock at the news of the sudden passing Habachur Yosef Shmuel Friedman, z”l, of Boro Park, at the young age of 14.
He was attending the Belzer camp in Montreal, and was discovered unconscious; sadly, efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful and he passed away.
