Rabbi Yaakov Gershon Bursztyn, z”l, the registrar at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, passed away Sunday morning.
Rabbi Bursztyn suffered a massive heart attack during Shacharis on Shabbos morning in Lakewood, where he lives and was an active part of the community. He was rushed to hospital in a serious condition.
The levayah will be held Sunday 2 p.m. from Beth Medrash Govoha. Kevurah will also be in Lakewood.
