A message from Hamas to Israel indicates that the terror group is all ready for another round of war with Israel. The message, in Hamas’s official newspaper, claims that Hamas “has no need for more cement,” hinting that the terror group has rebuilt the terror tunnels that Israel destroyed during 2014’s Operation Protective Edge.

According to a report released by the State Comptroller, Israel did not destroy all of the terror tunnels built by Hamas under the Israel-Gaza border; and many Israeli officials pointed to the large shipments of cement that Hamas was receiving as evidence that the terror group was rebuilding the tunnels that were destroyed. The proof of this is the dramatic fall in the price of cement in Gaza, from NIS 1,300 a ton to NIS 650 a ton.” The message asks that IDF Southern Command head Hertzel Levy be informed of this fact.

Overnight Wednesday, security officials said they arrested eight wanted security suspects in Yehudah and Shomron. The suspects were wanted for participating in rioting and throwing stones and firebombs that endangered Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers. Several of the suspects were also charged with belonging to Hamas. All were being questioned on their activities by security forces.
