Fire in Upper West Side Building

A fire broke out Tuesday afternoon in the apartment of a resident of 640 West End Ave. The building is next door to the West Side Kollel. Two or three floors of the apartment building were burnt and a few people were seen taken out on stretchers, Rabbi Avrohom Wolpin, Kollel administrator, told Hamodia. (News Breakers)
