Over 700 people visited Kever Yosef Wednesday night, gathering to recite Selichos at the site. The visited was coordinated with the IDF, and dozens of soldiers were on hand to provide security. Arabs rioted at the periphery of the site and threw a firebomb at soldiers. No one was injured in the incidents.

IDF soldiers overnight Wednesday continued their raids of weapons caches and factories, this time focusing on the village of Karvat Bani Hassan near Shechem. There, soldiers found handguns, components for the assembly of M16 rifles, ammunition, commando knives, and more. Several suspects were arrested and the cache confiscated.

Overnight Wednesday, security officials said they arrested 12 wanted security suspects in other areas in Yehudah and Shomron. The suspects were wanted for participating in rioting and throwing stones and firebombs that endangered Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers. Several of the suspects were also charged with belonging to Hamas. All were being questioned on their activities by security forces.
