Yahrtzeit of the Shtefanesht Rebbe Marked
The yahrtzeit of the Shtefanesht Rebbe, Harav Avraham Matisyahu Friedman, zy”a, a scion of the Ruzhiner dynasty, was marked Wednesday, 21 Tammuz.
In honor of the yahrtzeit, a seudah was held in Bnei Brak, with the participation of Rabbanim and Admorim.
During the day of the yahrtzeit, tens of thousands traveled to daven at the kever of the Rebbe. His kever, at the Nachalat Yitzchak Cemetery in Givatayim where numerous other Rebbes of the Ruzhin dynasty are also buried, is known as a place of yeshuos.
