Israeli Injured in Stabbing Attack Near Kosel

A 19-year-old Israeli was injured after he was attacked by Arab terrorists near the Kosel on his way to davening, shortly after the onset of Shabbos. Two Arabs were arrested. The Israeli was treated at the scene for light injuries, and later taken to a hospital for further treatment.

On Shabbos afternoon, a 19-year-old Arab terrorist was arrested near Me’aras Hamachpelah in Chevron carrying a knife. The Arab was arrested before he could attack anyone, and was taken into custody for questioning.

There were several incidents of rock throwing on Motzoei Shabbos, with Israeli vehicles attacked on roads in the Negev and Galilee. In addition, Arabs threw a firebomb at an Israeli vehicle near Jisr a-Zarka, south of Haifa. There were no injuries in any of the incidents, although several vehicles were damaged.
