Third Suspect Arrested In Rami Levy Attack
Following the conclusion of an investigation into the stabbing attack in a Rami Levi supermarket last Thursday in Sha’ar Binyamin, in which IDF soldier Tuvyia Yanai, Hy”d, was killed, a third suspect was arrested on Sunday.
The third suspect had apparently fled from the scene of the attack, and was only now tracked down and captured by police and Shin Bet investigators.
On Sunday, managers of the Rami Levi market were called in for questioning under a warning as police officials sought to determine whether the required security procedures had been followed.
The ban on Arabs from entering the supermarket was lifted several hours after it was imposed, although a metal detector was installed at the entrance.
