Israeli Injured in Givat Ze’ev Stabbing Attack

An Israeli was seriously injured in a stabbing attack in Givat Ze’ev on Wednesday evening.

The victim was stabbed twice in the neck area by an 18-year-old Palestinian terrorist, at a restaurant in a gas station in Givat Ze’ev, on the outskirts of Yerushalayim. The terrorist was apprehended by police.

The terrorist was taken the Hadassah Hospital in Yerushalayim with light injuries, reported Arutz Sheva.

According to Magen David Adom, the victim underwent surgery at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Yerushalayim. Family sources are quoted that he is out of surgery, sedated and in ICU.

Magen David Adom paramedic Dudi Gur told media outlets that when MDA arrived at the scene, “we saw a 36-year-old man lying on the ground.” The victim was “fully conscious and suffering from multiple stab wounds to the upper body.”
