Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Parts of New Jersey

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) —

Parts of northern New Jersey could see wintery weather overnight Monday.

The National Weather Service says a winter weather advisory is in effect in Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Warren counties.

The advisory is in effect from 6 p.m. until 11 a.m. in Sussex; from 7 p.m. Monday until 7 a.m. Tuesday in Morris and Warren counties; and from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. in Bergen and Passaic.

The weather service says sleet might mix with rain Monday night and accumulations are expected to be slight.
