Children Escape Unharmed When School Bus, Car Collide
A car and a school bus carrying several children collided on a Lakewood road Sunday morning, but no injuries were reported.
The accident occurred shortly before 8:20 a.m. at the intersection of Teaberry Road and County Line Road, sparking a fire under the bus’s hood that severely damaged the car. All the children on the bus got out unharmed.
Hatzolah, EMS and the Fire Department responded and the roadway was closed for about 40 minutes.
