The IDF’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, Maj.-Gen. Yoav Mordechai was quoted as saying that the Gazan-based terrorist organization has been seizing wood and other construction materials permitted into the territory for construction purposes, thus further delaying the reconstruction program.

Israel has facilitated the import of 1.7 million tons of construction material for civilian rebuilding since the summer 2014 conflict ended last August, Mordechai noted.
