The New York City Department of Transportation will finish repaving 14th Ave. on Monday, meaning it will be closed to all traffic, from 44th Street through 51st Street. The closure will be in effect from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. Since many yeshivos begin the school year on Monday parents are advised to plan accordingly.
