Oops: Limo Driver Leaves Boys’ Mom at Gas Station

QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (AP) —

A family’s Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World got off to a shaky start after the limousine taking them to the airport left two adults behind at a gas station.

Crymson Aldrich, 26, her mother and 6- and 8-year-old sons were headed to Albany for a flight to Florida early Monday morning when the driver pulled over for gas. Aldrich and her mother got out to use the restroom.

When they returned, the limo was gone. The women contacted troopers, who pulled over the limo 30 miles away and brought them to the car.

Police say the driver didn’t realize the women had left the vehicle. The boys slept through the incident.

The family made it to their flight on time.
