Tall Ships Visited Camden for Free Public Tours

PHILADELPHIA (AP) —

The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Eagle and a dozen other domestic and international tall ships arrived for a visit to the Camden waterfront Thursday for free public tours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The 295-foot three-mast Eagle has been a classroom at sea for future Coast Guard officers since 1946. Officials say 150 cadets from the Coast Guard Academy are currently embarked.
