Hikind Asks Nadler for Seat to Hear Netanyahu Address
Assemblyman Dov Hikind is asking a New York congressman if he could have his seat in the chamber if he won’t be attending Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s speech to a joint session of Congress next month.
Rep. Jerald Nadler, a Democrat, has said he will attend the speech, although he criticized House Speaker John Boehner over the “childish” invitation for Netanyahu to talk about the dangers of a nuclear Iran — over the wishes of the Obama administration.
