NEW YORK (AP) —

The sister of the Boston Marathon bombers was arrested Wednesday for threatening to bomb a woman.

Ailina Tsarnaeva, of North Bergen, N.J., made the threat against a Harlem woman in a telephone call Monday. She turned herself in at a Manhattan precinct; police charged her with aggravated harassment.

Officers released her pending a Sept. 30 court date. She has been required to check in with Massachusetts probation officers for failure to cooperate with a 2010 counterfeiting investigation.
