Tragedy in Bnei Brak: 5-Year-Old Killed in Traffic Accident
Five-year-old Sarah Chakimi, a”h, was killed on Tuesday on Yirmiyahu Street in Bnei Brak after being hit by a jeep.
MDA and paramedic teams were called to the scene to perform CPR and attempt to save the girl. They took her to Tel Hashomer hospital where, tragically, she passed away.
A spokesperson from the rescue unit said that the girl was hit by a jeep-type vehicle and lost consciousness.
A short time later, on Imrei Chaim Street in Bnei Brak, a 1 1/2-year-old boy was rushed to hospital in serious but stable condition by MDA paramedics after a choking incident.
The public is asked to daven for Yisrael ben Roken.
