Terror Attack in Yerushalayim: Arab Tractor Driver Hits a Bus, Kills One
Arab terror has returned to the streets of Yerushalayim.
A tractor driven by an Arab hit a bus and a car in Yerushalayim’s Shmuel Hanavi neighborhood on Monday afternoon, in a terror attack.
The tractor hit the Ilit bus 291, which travels from Yerushalayim to Beitar Ilit, at the Zacks Square, near Shmuel Hanavi Street.
Reb Avrohom Walles, Hy”d, 29, father of five, was killed on the spot, being the first one hit by the tractor. Five others where lightly wounded in the attack; the bus driver, three passengers sustained light wounds.
A security official at the site shot the Arab driver dead.
The attack is the latest in a series of incidents involving vehicles. Several years ago, tractors were used to carry out a number of terror attacks in Yerushalayim.
