Businessman Matt Doheny won’t pursue a House seat on a third-party line and is endorsing Republican Elise Stefanik, The Associated Press reported. Stefanik defeated Doheny in a bitter GOP primary last month to replace retiring Democratic Rep. Bill Owens.
