World’s Fair Pavilion Gets $6M For Repairs

NEW YORK

A deteriorating relic of the 1964 World’s Fair is getting nearly $6 million for repairs, The New York Times reported. The New York State Pavilion, created in Queens as a space-age vision of the future includes three curved towers and the “Tent of Tomorrow,” which once held a giant tile map of New York State.
