Bus-Obsessed Man Steals Staten Island Bus

A 20-year-old obsessed with buses stole an MTA bus early Monday, taking it on a 2-mile joyride through his Staten Island neighborhood, the Daily News reported. Nickolas Ellias was charged with grand larceny and ordered held on $10,000 bail for taking the empty bus that was parked on a ramp by a driver who was on a break. The MTA used GPS technology to track it down.
