Flatbush Man Killed by Rolling Forklift

A 22-year-old supermarket worker in Flatbush attempting to push a forklift up a ramp Tuesday was killed when the forklift rolled back, pinning him against a wall, The Associated Press reported. Gustavo Tapia was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
