Ratings Co.: AC Expressway May Have to Raise Tolls

A Wall Street analyst warns the Atlantic City Expressway may have to raise tolls 10 to 15 percent if traffic continues to decline, The Press of Atlantic City reported. Fitch Ratings said that severe weather led to a 5 percent decline during the first two months of 2014, above a 2 percent fall in 2013.
