Pilot Weekend Manhattan-NJ Ferry Begins

JERSEY CITY, N.J.

The Port Authority on Friday began weekend ferry service for travelers who normally take PATH trains into and out of Manhattan, The Associated Press reported. Service between Jersey City’s Exchange Place and World Trade Center stations is closed most weekends throughout 2014 got repair. Weekend ferries are sailing between Paulus Hook Terminal and the World Financial Center Terminal starting Saturday and will end on May 4. The fare will be $2.50, or $5 roundtrip.
