Weather Delays Some West NY Schools, Closes Roads
Blowing snow causing white-out conditions has forced the shutdown of a stretch of I-81 north of the city and several other upstate New York roads on Monday, The Associated Press reported. The National Weather Service has issued a wind-chill warning for most of western New York until late Tuesday morning.
