Adult Center Owners Sentenced in Bribery Case

A Manhattan federal judge on Friday sent two Bronx adult center owners to prison for conspiring to pay a state lawmaker $20,000 in bribes. Igor Tsimerman got two years and Rostislav Belyansky received 18 months for bribing a Democrat assemblyman, Eric Stevenson, to get the state to pay its electric bill. Stevenson eventually introduced legislation to ban competitors from opening for three years.
