Buffalo Snow Plow Driver Plowed While Drunk

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) —

A Buffalo snow plow driver was drunk behind the wheel of his plow when he hit a building and a taxi cab. James Evans, 47, was driving a city plow truck when he hit a building near an intersection around 5 a.m. Sunday. He hit a cab a short time later, lightly injuring the cabbie, then fleeing the scene. Police found him at his home and charged him with drunk driving, leaving the scene of an injury accident and criminal mischief. He was suspended without pay.
