Tenants Sue NYC Over Repairs

NEW YORK (AP) —

A group of tenants has filed a lawsuit against the New York City Housing Authority over repair delays in public housing.

More than 300 tenants at Smith Houses in Manhattan filed the suit on Monday. They say the 12-building complex has leaks, flooding, mold, warped floors, holes in walls and broken stoves,  doors, windows and buzzers.
